Dr. Mills went to medical school at the Loma Linda University School of Medicine and did his general surgery residency at Wright State University in Ohio. Dr. Mills is affiliated with the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, American Society of Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Society of Plastic Surgeons, California Society of Plastic Surgeons, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is currently the President Elect for the California Society of Plastic Surgeons and as of May 2007 will assume the role of President of the CSPS.
